Stella Sunday sailing conditions under a fresh and fine south westerly breeze, a little 16NM’er seeing us stretching our sea legs out to A pole, Karewa, A then home. Fortune favoured those on the return journey who stayed close to Mauao, leaving Matakana dwellers to struggle against a strong outgoing tide. Great to see everyone back at the club for prizegiving and sea stores. What an absolute corker! Thanks to the tower crew and handicappers for another great race.
